After doing some software install/remove/reinstall and testing on my 7100i, our BES has decided that my configuration status == "Handheld state invalid". This displays under Handhelds -> my device -> Configuration Status.
View Properties for my 7100i shows that the BES thinks I have three copies of MGMaps installed (the app I was puttering with), even though I've removed them all from my BB. Things did get a bit mucked up with MGMaps, requiring me to remove one version by deleting the Module directly (the Applications menu didn't think the app was installed anymore), and iterating a few install/remove cycles with a couple different versions of the app.
Tx1 support wants me to wipe the device (of course). Has anyone seen this before, and is there a way to force the BES to resync the application list info?
