I am new with BES.
Unfortunately i am missing the 'role administration' tab in the BlackBerry Enterprise Manager 4.1.4.3.

I only have the following tabs when logging in with BESAdmin:
Home
Users
Software Configurations
Connection Service
Local Ports

I think it has to do with rights?
For 'BESAdmin' the rights are installed according to KB02276.

I would be great if somebody can shine some light about this issue. I think i miss an essential point somewhere.

I did the installation 2 times, one in test environment en 1 in production.

Bit i don't get the option in the left pane to choose a domain. I only see the tabs. So i cannot change administration roles. Also when making Besadmin domain administrator there is no difference.

Create a new Windows account in the SQL Server and grant System Administrators server roles + BESMgmt's public with db_owner permissions to it. Login the BES using this new Windows account and then follow KB14236 to revert the admin role required for the BES Admin account.
