Default BMS 5.0.2 MR 1, cannot access Web Console

Hi Guys,

Been banging my head against a brick wall with this one for a while..

I have BES 5.0.2 MR 1 installed on Windows 2008 R2 x64, Remote (same LAN) Database on SQL 2008, which seems to be working fine. Occasional slowness when activating new devices but that is for another thread

I am trying to setup the Monitoring server on a seperate server, Windows 2008 R2 again, same LAN as BES server, install goes fine but cannot access the webconsole... Have had a look at a few of the KB's mentioned around the place but to be honest I cannot see if any of them are relevant to this particular problem...

Hi Martin,

appears I dont know where the refresh button is...

when I go to the webconsole login page I get the above error, I cannot login to the service at all, this is a fresh install...

Hi Martin, I have tried the above link, unfortunately this does not solve the issue...

I am getting fewe errors in the logs however I am still seeing the error posted above, and unable to even get to the login screen, where i get the error.
