We just finish installing the BES express 5.0.2 in our environment - previously we were using 4.1 - 300 user migrated successfully to the new server

but I noticed only one problem that no one can browse on blackberry browser, i know that this browser uses the internet connection of your Blackberry Enterprise Server to access internet data (via MDS).

I have check the MDS service it running, restart the service and restart the server, all does not help

any suggestion to solve this issue?

Can you access the internet from the new BES? Is a proxy in place?
