Default Using Transporter to migrate a single user

Hello,

Is migrating a single user from BES 4.0.1 patch 7 to BES Expresss supported?

I have tried a few times and I am getting the SWITCH_SERVICE failed. Also, after a few attepts, does anything needs to be clean from the BES Express due to initial migration. The reason I ask is because the number of failed migrations keeps increasing as if the migration was successfull.

No, I don't think it is supported.

For a single user, why not just recreate him on the new system and re-ajust his settings?
