Default E-mail Will Not Send

Hi

With Bes activated via the service provider and the Cal loaded on the Exchange server, my phone doesn't send any e-mails. The error message is “Message status: Desktop Email program unable to submit message”. Can anyone assist?

Sounds like your Send-As permissions on your mailbox are not properly set.
Is your user account a Domain Admin, or in a group with some type of elevated privileges?
