Default BES App Push does not allow wireless option

Please Login to Remove!

hi,

i'm trying to create my first 'software configuration' to wirelessly push an app to my bb users (BES 4.1.6).

everything apears OK on the BES except that the option to deploy 'wireless' is not available (it says Wireline Only).

in the IT Policy I have allow 3rd party apps true, and i have MDS running. i'm wondering if i missed something else. is there another security level i need to open up? help?

What app?
You're not trying to push the handheld OS, right?

Perhaps you want to improvish this KB article on your apps.

Link: KB14624-The item will not display under 'Application Software' or will be displayed as 'Wireline Only' after creating a new software configuration for the 2007 DST Patch
