I need some advise.

One of my customer want to implement email server for their 150 users out of which 50 users are Blackberry users. Their main concern is to synchronize their emails, calendar, contacts, GAL with (1) Outlook (2) Blackberry etc.

We are planning to implement Exchange 2010 with BES Express. While reading some of the threads, it says Over The Air Blackberry Activation is not available for BES Express.

I am new to this Blackberry Enterprise Server implementation. Kindly suggest a way forward to implement the infrastructure to solve the purpose.

A link or on How-to shall be much appreciated.

OTA is available if the device has a BES data plan. Wired only if on a BIS data plan.
