Default Sent Items Not Syncing

Please Login to Remove!

One of my users has a Bold 9700. We're running BES 4.1.6. Recently his sent items in Outlook 2007 aren't synchronizing with his Blackberry.

I've turned on redirection for that folder, made sure a copy is saved in the sent items folder and tried to push the Service Book again. Still no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

Weird stuff. After changing the Email Reconciliation options from 'Web Client' to 'Desktop' and power cycling the device, it fixed the issue. The old items from this morning didn't sync, but everything within the last hour did. Not sure why 'Web Client' was selected.

If you have a BES and a BIS email account on the device, you get 3 folders containing emails:
"messages", "desktop", "youremailaccount@domain.com".
messages does contain all messages by default, the other folder contain the contente of the mailboxes matching the account.

In the options of desktop and the BIS account you are able to set preferences for both accounts. This is confusing, because some might think if you change something in the webmail account this might only change settings for this mailbox, but, it will also change settings for the "Desktop"/BES email account.
It most likely, the user itself wanted to make things better and accidentially changed some preferences.
