Default BES4 - Lotus. Privs to run BES manager

Please Login to Remove!

Guys, anyone know what the minimum required rights are to run BES manager and admin users (on a win2003 server with BES4\Lotus)? RIM doc's say they must have local administrator access on the BES server but that seems a bit of a wide open appraoch. Obv they need to be able to run MMC's but I dont see why they would need to be able to start\stop services for instance.
We will have 1st line support guys RDp'ing onot the BES and admin'ing users only.
Any ideas?

You just need User on the BES server to use the BlackBerry Manager.
