Hey all,

I am having a problem and was hoping someone could assist. Tried searching but couldn't find much related to this.

User comes to me this morning and states about a month's worth of calendar items are gone from his Outlook. (Exchange 2003)

User has a Storm on BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1.

Checked the event viewer on the BES server and found 5 errors in a row listed like the one below (starred out user information, but it was his email address):

What does this error mean and is this probably why he lost the calendar items?
