Default BESx 5.0.1.4 -> 5.0.2 InPlace Upgrade Query

Please Login to Remove!

Howdy.

Looking for any documentation/suggestions for best practices when performing an in-place upgrade of BESx from 5.0.1.4 to 5.0.2.

Windows 2003 Server (Std)
SQL Express 2005
Exchange 2003 (Std)

Just want to make certain that we don't bork anything during the upgrade. TIA

Really.. it should be as long as you back up, document and put careful planning into place.

I just did this upgrade this morning. Databases were backed up, ran the installer, next, next, next finish. Too easy.

5.0.1.4 to 5.02.

Finally was able to schedule time for this upgrade, and indeed it was as easy as everyone suggested. Thanks again.
