Hi Guys,

Prob a really easy question but i might be doing this command all wrong if so please tell me so lol.

Where am i going wrong

C:\BPS\Log\EAStatus>EAStatus.exe -p E -u C:\new.txt -L "C:\Program Files\Researc

You forgot the user or the all command:
-u all
-u [email address]

This example would work for [email address]:

C:\BPS\Log\EAStatus>EAStatus.exe -p E -u [email address] -l "C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs\20101014"
