| I would suggest:
- Hard reset (battery pull)
- push the service books
- check the default browser (BlackBerry)
- check the BES logs (MDAT) for any errors
- tap you head with one hand and make a circle around your belly with the other
....all of these but one, are a good troubleshooting steps. |
