Default MDS Service Unavailable: u140

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user receiving this when trying to browse to internal sites. All other users can browse intranet sites fine.

Any idea's? google does not have anything for the specific error u140

Appreciate IT.

I would suggest:

- Hard reset (battery pull)
- push the service books
- check the default browser (BlackBerry)
- check the BES logs (MDAT) for any errors
- tap you head with one hand and make a circle around your belly with the other

....all of these but one, are a good troubleshooting steps.
