| | BES status hanging on initializing

I had an user that suddenly stopped receiving email on his device. I looked into the BES and saw that the last communication time was on the 14th. I'm still a pretty new admin, so I thought removing him and adding him back to the BES would reset everything. It didn't.
So, now in the user tab under the status column, it say initializing and has been for some time now.
Does anyone have any thoughts that may help me. I'm using BES Manager 220.127.116.11
