| Perhaps I'm misunderstanding your question but...
BlackBerry will update as soon as the BES receives/notices the update in the user's mailbox as long as the BES was setup as per RIM guidelines, the Exchange server is not busy or overworked, the updated information is actually in the users mailbox.
The reason I say 'actually' may best be explained with an example scenrio...If I have a laptop and use cache Exchange mode, I can make lots of changes to Outlook but until Outlook is connected to Exchange and the updates are reflected in the user's Exchange mailbox....the BES or BlackBerry will not update.
A good quick test is to use create a new contact in OWA and see how long it takes to update on the BlackBerry.
Are the updates working? Where are you making the changes (BlackBerry, Outlook, OWA)? |
