I searched and didn't find my answer. Sorry if this a newbie question.
I have BIS and have a few personal email accounts set up on my BB VZW Tour. Just the other day I started to work at a real estate firm in NYC and they have MS exchange and BES. I went into the BB email-setup (same as BIS) and tried to add my new work email...by typing in my user name and password. My email logged in and work emails were being sent and received on my BB. Today, I received an email saying that my password wasn't working. I went in and typed it in again but it keeps saying it is wrong but I am sure I am typing it correctly. Does this have anything to do with the company's BES system? Is it possibly to have BIS and use my work email on BB without the BES benefits i.e. calendar, contacts etc.?

If the company allows POP and/or IMAP access you can use BIS, however, they may not want you mixing personal info with company info in a non-BES environment. You need to understand the company policies and chat with the BES Admin.
