Default Is there a way to retrieve ALL headers from an exchange mailbox?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all and thanks for any help you can give me on this one. I'm experienced with BB's and BES, but have a user I would like to throw at the window at this point.

I just reactivated him on BES (express v.5.0.1.13) and of course he doesnt have his entire exchange(2010) mailbox on his device. Is there a way to have all headers from his exchange account sync to his BB so he can do a more/more all when he needs to see, and search his inbox for all items?

The REMOTE search option doesnt seem to work - that would be a solution as well if anyone knows how to make it search the entire inbox?

Thanks again guys!

Pat

What exactly isn't working? It should search the entire inbox.
Are the messages archived or moved to some PST file somewhere?

The messages are all in the main inbox on the server. When I change search type to remote, it doesnt find the message if it isnt on the device.

thanks again for your help
