| It is possible to reset the password of the besadmin account stored in the sql database.
You need the M$ sql studio express, and a password hash where you know the password of another BES server.
You could get a copy of BES express, install that on a vm, then copy the password hash from the bas users table, and, paste it in the other servers password table field.
The table is dbo.BASUsers.
There you should find a field for the password hash.
Maybe, restart the machine where the bes is running after changing the database.
The again try to login.
If this is really the problem it will not hurt to do this procedure. At least you then know, you have the correct password. Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile
