Here is my situation:

Blackberry Enterprise (Free) 4.1

SBS 2003 with Exchange

Blackberry Storm 2

I have wiped the phone and deleted the user from the blackberry manager. Then I added the user and setup the Enterprise activation.

So, the problem? When I delete a message in Outlook, it DOES NOT delete in the Blackberry. HOWEVER, when I do a manual RECONCILE from the phone the message deletes. I have waited as much as two days before doing this and the blackberry NEVER deletes the message that was deleted in Outlook unless we do the manual reconcile. When I delete FROM THE BLACKBERRY it DOES delete from Outlook.

Any ideas? Do you think I should upgrade the version of BES on the server to 5.0 Express and if so, because only ONE user is on it, can I just uninstall it and start Fresh?

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
