Default Re: mds logging, which errrors have to be handled

I guess you must be another innocent customer that installed MDS-IS by mistake and later uninstalled it. MDS-IS is such a pain to support, RIM should have stopped support for this as I understand that the usage is very low; its support for related client MDS Runtime and development tool MDS Studio have ceased already.

<snip>
BlackBerry MDS Runtime is not included or supported for BlackBerry Device Software version 4.7.1 and above.

To download BlackBerry MDS Runtime for earlier versions of BlackBerry Device Software, visit the BlackBerry Developer Zone.

For more information in regard to the end of life notice for the BlackBerry MDS Runtime and BlackBerry MDS Studio, visit the following link: BlackBerry - BlackBerry Developer Zone
</snip>

Link: KB16028-BlackBerry MDS Runtime is not supported or included with BlackBerry Device Software 4.7.1 and above

If you have uninstalled it before, the uninstallation leaves traces of MDSS related component records in the BESMgmt DB and affects the BAS web admin page loading and BAS jobs processing as well.

If above is your situation, contact RIM to get SQL scripts to remove MDSS and its related residual BAS component records (and Gods know which of those complicated BAS tables they were stored).
