| | Set password for a number of devices at once
Please Login to Remove!
I'm currently migrating devices from one BES to another and in order to do this, I need to perform a pre-check, then another post-check after the migration. Before I can perform the pre-checks, however, I have to reset the passwords for the devices and then users have to reset them again when we return the BBs (there is no way around this).
Is there an easy way to script the password reset so that I could just copy/paste the pin numbers or SMTP addresses and run it for a number of devices at once? I have another 600 to go and at the current rate, turn over an average of 30 devices a day, so resetting passwords takes a considerable amount of time. Any time-saving tips and tricks would be MOST welcome!
