Hi All

I have installed BES express on a 2003 server all ok. I need to use the web desktop manager to get the blackberry's on to the system as they can't be done via wireless.

When I plug a blackberry in to the server via usb, it request the drivers. I have downloaded and tried to install usb and modem drivers v6 and when I run the install it just goes to finished and says the install was interrupted.

I have full admin rights and have rebooted the server and disabled av incase this was the issue but no joy. Can anyone help here

Have you tried running Web Desktop Manager from the browser on your own PC?


I have had problems in the past running WDM and BAS from the server browser. From my own PC and IE, all is fine...

It still works for me and my wireless activations on BESx w/o BES plans

I also think, it makes more sense to do that on a workstation instead of the server, however, you might try to put the URL of the console application into the "trusted sites" zone of the internet control panel, then try again with Internet Explorer on the Server.
