Which services should be running and which not running and set to manual on the standby node of a BES cluster?

Are you referring to the native HA mechanism built into BES 5 or some other type of system?

Yes - native HA cluster that comes with BES 5.
For primary which services should be running, set to automatic, and set to manual?
For standby which services should be running, set to automatic, and set to manual?

Mail Store, Policy and Sync Service are set to manual on a Standby BES in HA.
