Apparently a change to our BES was applied where a new Exchange 2007 Server and only a few users were moved over to the new server.
Some work, most don't. Those who do work, can't send e-mail and the Send-As permission has been applied.
For those who do not work, here is the sticky situation. Totally weird.
Exchange 1 (original server)
Exchange 2 (new server)
BES 1 (original BES Server)
BES 2 (new BES server) - Backup BES server
I have a few users here who are unable to receive e-mail or anything on their BB that is linked to the BES 1 server. These users have been moved to the new Exchange 2 server. Looks like they are totally disconnected from the BES.
I had one user moved from new Exchange 2 back to old Exchange 1. Still CANNOT get him activated with new act. codes and all.
All I get is Activating....... or Contacting Server....... (two different phones)
The ETP.DAT email and attachment is in their email box, however it still is not recognizing. This is doing it both for Exchange 1 and Exchange 2
Any help would be appreciated to get these users back on.
