User has a 9530 Storm on BES 5.02 under folder redirection i have no choices to check. All it displays is the user's mailbox It says exactly this.

Select the folders to forward messages from by clicking the corresponding check boxes.

I have nothing to check after hitting edit.

Also if i file messages from outlook to any subfolder the Blackberry moves them as well. But if i go into folder redirection it only has inbox/sent checked. So now i'm confused, perhaps i don't understand the term fully for folder redirection. So my major questions are.

1. Why can't i change settings on the BES for the user's redirection settings.
2. Why are only the inbox/sent items checked but folder redirection is seeming to work fine.
3. Is folder redirection specifically for server or client rules and moving messages will work regardless of redirection being set?

Edit: Weird i forgot to mention another important part. So about 50% of her subfolders have all the messages in them with the others completely empty. If i move messages they move fine, but some folders flat out have nothing in them. The only thing that changed at all is i migrated her from a bes 4.1 to a 5.02.
