Default Exchange 2003 to 2010 transition and BB Users

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I hope someone can help me with this before the inevitable "My Blackberry isn't receiving e-mail ticket"

Currently we have Exchange 2003 and 2010 running.

BES 4.1 is running on the 2003 box.

BES Express 5 is running on a separate VM working in conjunction with the 2010 box.

All systems are working fine at this time.

I'm in the process of migrating mailboxes from 2003 to 2010. Non-BB users are a no-brainer. However what about BB users on 2003? Should I migrate mailbox first then move them to BESX? Or vice versa?

I would prefer a seamless transition where service to the end user is unaffected but completely understand if this is not possible.

Thank you.

move to BESX first with transporter, since BES 4.1 can not access exchange 2010.

Then move mail box after.
