I have a user trying to download a company app OTA and getting 907 Invalid COD error. BB is a new VZ Curve 9330 and OS is 6.0.0.431.
We have a corporate BES. 3 other users were able to download and install the app using the same version of OS 6 and we have not seen this error on OS 4 or 5. I do not have a BB with RIM OS 6 myself so I am shooting in the dark. Does anyone have an idea as to what setting(s) might be incorrect on this BB?

Moved to the BES Admin section. Is that the only error that you are getting?

Using SEARCH and Google, I found several "hits". Maybe some aply to your situation, i.e. Trouble installing COD over the air -- 907 Invalid COD HTTP Error 406: Not Acceptable

I have tried several Google searches also. There is no HTTP error associated with the 907 Invalid COD error. I also found out that you cannot change the browser choice to Internet Explorer with OS 6 (the software automatically chooses the correct browser) as had been recommended in some responses to this error. I am thinking that some other browser setting or security setting might be the issue but not sure what that would be.

Sure the other users are on OS 6 and the same device? Typically you get that error with an incompatible OS or device. Is the app device and OS specific?

One user has a VZ Bold 9650 and one user has VZ Curve 9330 and both have same OS 6.0.0.431 and both were able to load the app successfully. I do not believe the app is OS specific but we did not have a device with OS 6 to test it on when it was released.
