| BES Express 5.0.2 showing old email address for user? Please Login to Remove! Just started working with BES Express 5.0.2. Installed on an Exchange 2007 server and seems to be working well.
We changed the email address of a user earlier today. When trying to add the user to BES using "Create a user" the email address is still showing up as the old one. I checked AD and the Exchange Management Console and everything is showing up as his new email address. His old address was actually removed from his account.
How long should BES Express take to update the user's email address? Is there a way to force it?
