Hi

Im working in a test enviroment and im unable to uninstall BES for Exchange. Ihave uninstalled/reinstalled several times now im unable to do so. Everytime i now try to uninstall BES i get an error: Fatal error during installation.

I checked the event log i get this:

Product: BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Microsoft Exchange -- Removal failed.


This is a BES 5.0.2 uninstall.
All Blackberry / Bes Services are stopped.
Ive tried searching google, this is my last resort

I wanted to add... When i tried to install BES once again i got the following error

Product: BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Microsoft Exchange -- Internal Error 2803. BES is has NOT been uninstalled. Launched the setup, got the above error.

You should check <BES installation directory>\Logs\Installer

Go through the setup logs to find the exact root cause.
