I have an BES Express server (in Windows 2008 R2) with just over 1000 users.
It has started having reconciliation issues and running low on resources.
The database is on a separate SQL server.

Would it make a difference if I installed a separate BES Express but connected it to the same database and moved some of the users over or would it still run slow because it is on the same database?

Or what would the best solution be?

How much free RAM do you have?
What are the services using?
Think about having a BAS only server?


You can have many BES express servers on teh same database if you want.
