Default BES Express Adding Users

Please Login to Remove! sorry I am posting out of need and not a regular poster.

We currently have a full BES Server for our employees who are on the BES dataplan. It was brought up that we should also offer BIS employees access to the benefits of our network so......we have setup a BES Express environment. hearing that we cannot set them up wirelessly and that we have to set them up hard wired. This might be a very duh question but I cant seem to get a straight answer when googling and even on BB. How do we configure his phone to receive coprorate email? When hard connected, I see no option to set it up in the BES Express...or can I use Desktop Manger by logging in as him on the network and..argh, I dont know why I cant seem to get it when the answer would seem to be so simple...
