I have Exchange 2007 and BES 5.0.1.58 and a Blackberry handheld with OS 5.0.0.1015 and I am trying to setup Public Contacts Folder for this device and several others. I have craeted the folder in Exchange and BESAdmin is owner of the top level folder and the sub folder which has the contacts in it. I have gone in and added the folder under Servers and Components\Balckberry Domain\Component View\email\Published public contact folders. If I go out and back in here after saving the config the folder does not still show. I can do the same for the email settings for the user. I can select the folder, save the settings and go back in and the folder is not checked. The folder is not being pushed to the handheld and I think it has something to do with it not saving this setting on save and exit. Any ideas?

One other issue I have noticed is when I save the Users settings after selecting the Public Contact Folder is that I get an error on save. "The application has encountered a system error. Please report this error to the System Administrator. (Exception-com.rim.bes.basplugin.emailexchange.CouldNotSetPri vateContactFoldersWithMailstoreServiceRollbackExce ption)

OK. I have it to where if I go in and view the settings in BES now under the server and the user, the public contact folder is checked but I still cant see it on the handheld.
