Hi All,
I am somewhat computer literate and am interested in knowing if I am capable of upgrading an employees phone on our Blackberry Manager program on our server. This process took my IT guys over 3 billable hours to do for me and I can't imagine it to be that difficult. Can someone walk me through what needs to be done to complete the connection?

I am running Blackberry Manager version# 4.1.4.17.

install desktop manager and run device switcher. took me all of 30 min to go from my 9700 to my 9800.

Or just activate it and add backin your apps since many might need an update for a newer os.
