Default Meeting invitations received from external domains show as regular email messages on

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys, just wanted to find out if anyone else had experienced this issue.

BES 5.0.2 exchange 2010 Server 2008

If I receive an calendar appointment from exchange 2010 (My domain) it comes up fine on the BB. (All models of BB) You can just except it.

If I receive a calendar invite from, for example, googlemail account it displays on outlook fine but on the BB as just a normail email with the ICS attached.

I followed this crib sheet and it has fixed the issue for all my 8520 users.
KB20866-Meeting invitations received from external domains show as regular email messages on the BlackBerry smartphone

However, its not worked for myself who is a torch user. I still get the same error.

Has anyone had a similar issue with this?
