Hi
I am running BES 5.0.2 MR4 (and Exchange Server 2007 CCR)
After moving a mailbox I noticed a few "BlackBerry MDS Connection" "15000" errors in the application eventlog:
<2011-04-08 00:26:12.563 BST>:[551]:<MDS-CS_server1_MDS-CS_1>:<ERROR>:<LAYER = SCM, null>
I presumed that i still needed to use the handheldcleanup.exe tool
However, when I run the utility (taken from my BES 4 server) I see:

Unsupported 16-Bit Application

The program or feature "\??\D:\Utility\HandheldCleanup.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibity with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.

Does anyone know where to obtain this?
