| Triplicate Calendar entries Please Login to Remove! I inherited a Windows SBS 2003 (Exchange 2003 SP2) and I was asked to install BES express on it.
After some initial problems with DNS and AD logins I managed to install it and it was working fine until about a week ago.
Then the problem begun. A user will add a calendar entry on his BB. It will appear on Outlook 2010 as expected. On the next sync between the BB and the server another appointment will appear same as the previous one. Same thing will occur on the next sync. And eventually the server will send all appointments to the BB which results in three same appointments whereas the user only inputed one.
Any ideas? | | Offline

| Re: Triplicate Calendar entries No ideas but I have the same issue with my music and pictures files whenever I connect my Curve 9330 to my CPU. The only thing I can come up with is to change a setting (somehow) that is causing these media files to automatically begin syncing. If this is possible, then the repeats will stop, but a new issue arises because any new files on phone won't be sync to computer & vise versa, so this would mean having to know which items need to be transferred from which de vice to the other, and I doubt I have the memory or attention spab to do this flawlessy. I'd love to read some whiz's brilliant & easy fix for this. Who's got it? There must be a better way! Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile | | Offline

| Re: Triplicate Calendar entries Over the air Syncing. I've run the IMES(?) test and it passes all steps except EWH which is not setup.
Below is the MAGT log file that shows this event at a time that I was also present and saw that it happened. Hopefully someone will make more sense of it.
p.s. If the admins fill that I should remove the log and instead upload the file on the web then please contact me and I will. Quote:

| Re: Triplicate Calendar entries Maybe there are some currupted items in your calendar. Have you tried a complete reload of the calendar. To do this, on the device, go into your calendar, from the Options menu, type the following:
RSET
This will prompt for a reload of the calendar from the BES. | | Offline

| Re: Triplicate Calendar entries I managed to finally get in touch with the user and run RSET on his device.
Unfortunately the problem still persists. Any more ideas? | | Offline
