Hi Guys,

I'm running BES 4.1.7 with 6 users.

3 of the users are experiencing delays in receiving e-mails. They appear to come through randomly in 'batches' or when you force a reconcilliation.

I've used the MessageFlow tool from the BRK and it shows a delay between the Dispatch Received and the Dispatch Delivered.
(there are no entries for router rec and router del, not sure if this is an issue though)

I can't see anything in the event logs that would cause a problem and the blackberrys havent been out of service/range for any period of time - this has been hapenning for the last couple of months.

Any suggestions?

Do the messages appear in a timely manner in the users email inbox on whatever mail client you use? Also, what are you using on the backend? Exchange?
