Default Monitoring of not connected users

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

one of our customer asked me to create a weekly report email which contains all BES users who are not connected to a device.
He also would like to know all devices which had no connection the last 7 days.
Is it possible with BMS?
Or do i need to program this by myself?
BNator is no alternative for this customer.
Any ideas?

kindly regards
Marcus

BMS can't be diced up that way. I miss BerryStats as I could dice up a report to get this level of detail.

I have been asking RIM to put usage reporting into their product for years. I'd also like to see a cost formula that shows users cost based on non usage. Management loves stuff like that and shows you where wasted expense is.

That's a shame.
So I have to get the data from the tables, directly.
