Default Unable to get blackberry to enterprise actovate on bes express.HELP!!!!

i have a BES express installed on win server 2008 r2 and exchange 2010 on another server also with win 2008 r2

the problem is that after installing the bes on the same server as the exchange we could not get the handheld to activate. thinking that the location of the install might be the problem i then uninstalled the bes software and did a fresh install on another server. and ended up getting the same results the handheld will not activate. when you run the imestest.exe on the bes logged in as the besadmin you get an imestedt error OpenMsgStore() for this profile failed (8004011d) i get to select the profile to use but i do not get the option to select a mailbox. i have been on the phone with microsoft and blackberry for well over a week and they both have no clue. all the permissions are correct and i followed the instructions to the letter the users have no problem using outlook or OWA for e-mails nothing else seems to be impacted. any help you can give would be great. Thanks!!!!

Besides from the suggestion to read again the installation documents availible on the Rim-Site for possible problems,

The besadmin user has to be a normal user, with local administrator right on the machine where the server is running, or, in case you install on a DC, member of the "administrators" group.
The besadmin user must have a mailbox, and, you should check if you can open the mailbox using mapi + owa -> login as the besadmin on a workstation, and setup an outlook profile, verify that you can send and receive emails. Do the same with OWA.

Verify the permissions of the besadmin account again on the Exchange organisation and, on the server/mailboxes.

Download and install the current mapi/cdo for Windows on the machine BES is running on.
Make sure, on the machine, where the BES server is running that outlook is not installed, and, was never installed.

Restart the machine where the BES is running,
install the windows support tools, do a "dcdiag /s:yourDCname", and, check for errors.

then try iemstest again.
