Default Hosted BB and In House Exchange 2010

Hi,

We have already running Exchange 2010 in our organization , Now we are going to buy Hosted BB Services ! So how we can integrate both , so that my exchange users will get emails on their blackberry device !

Why get hosted BES, when you can get BES Express for free?

Going hosted wont be fun, you have to open a lot of ports to get BES running or a VPN.
Personally i dont like the idea of a 3rd party having that much control of email.
