We are having an issue with a Bold 9000.
It began duplicating e-mails when sync-ing with BES, so after phoning out I.T Support, they told me to delete the account and resyncronise it with the BES Server.. which didn't work.
Then we tried deleting the users account in BES and re-adding it.. again this didn't work.
Now the blackberry is not sync-ing at all with Activation sticking at 0%
I have no idea why it's not working properly. I've reset the handset and the BES server and it's still being problematic.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
