Hi. I'm new to BES 5. I've noticed that administrative users we created, using AD authentication, also show up in our main user list when you click "Manage users" under the User area. And vice versa, in that general users we create also show up the list when we click "Manage users" under Administrative Users area. What am I doing wrong? (i.e. surely this can't 'working as designed')

So my dilemma is that I want to grant Help Desk staff the ability to manage users, but I don't want them being able to manage any of the users set up solely as administrators ... actually I don't even want them to see any of the admin accounts. How is it possible to lock down that functionality?
