Hi I am hoping somebody can help me, i only occasionally use BPS so some of my questions may seem a bit basic (apologies in advance)
I am in a world of hurt here - i have a client who is running BPS 220.127.116.11 on MS SBS 2003 and they have just switched services providers plus upgraded their phones to the new Torch 9800's.
I deleted the users in BPS and re-added / re-activated them and have done the enterprise activation all ok.
I have redirected their additional folders under the inbox but these folders are not populating. I have got them to do a reconcile and no luck.
I have set the BPS server to 14 days 750 emails...
Three things I need please -
1. Is there some other way to increase the limits beyond 14 days 750 emails?
2. Can I do this after the enterprise activation and get it to work synchronize back? If so how?
3. Additional "inbox folders" are not populating or only have one or two messages in them - how can i get all the messages from the beginning in there?
I'd really appreciate any help, i have the CEO needing infor from his folders on Monday morning ... arrgghhhh
