BESX 5.0.1.4 upgrade?

Hi everyone, I am new to updating BES X.

I currently have BESX 5.0.1.4 and would like to upgrade to the newest version.

Does anyone have any instructions on how to do this? On Blackberry's site all I can find is just to download the newest version. No updates, or patches.

Latest version is SP3 and no MR for it yet.
