I am using 8 GB RAM where I have installed BES 5.0.3 and Admin console load very slow, please help.

Do you have BAS loaded in a DNS pool? If so, each instance may be fighting to be the singleton. Stop all instances of BAS for about 20 minutes then restart one of them.
Now try to access BAS. Is it faster?

Restart the other instances of BAS one-by-one.

We had to just get away from the DNS pooling. We now have the standalone BAS and BAS is installed on the BES HA but the services are stopped. We can start them if need to (BAS upgrade, failure, etc).
