Default redirecting to an external IP

Please Login to Remove!

We have a radius server set up with an external IP. We also have an APP running on the BES attached blackberries that needs to hit that external IP but since we can not reach it internally (from our intranet), BB fails to do so.

Is there a way to make BES route to this IP or for the BB to bypass the internal network?

Default Re: redirecting to an external IP

If your security permits this you can allow the devices to not use MDS for the connection, but connect directly via the Internet (BIS). This must be supported by the app, of course.
