I'm working in charge of mobility in a company who recently have added a BES to the infrastructure.

The question is that I'm working as subcontracting service. You know, the money they pay for me is less than if I would be company crew. Since I'm working with BES, I have access to all VIP users data. I would like to ask you if someone is in the same situation.

Is it normal to be working that way being able to access all that sensitive data? Is there a "best practice on hiring BES Admins" info somewhere?

My guess is that most of upper management isn't familiar with the "power" of the service account..not only at your organization, but in general.

I totally agree with that Iprmcnit, but I don't feel comfy with all that info being on my situation. I don't know how it use to be on other companies. Maybe you need to sign somekind of confidentiality agreement or something?

Normally, you have to sign an agreement or code of conduct. That's not only for BES, but for any contractor with admin rights (access to files/mails/records).
