Hello,

An customer of ours is having problems with the Blackberry Administration service - Application Server and Blackberry Administration service - Native Code Container.

These two give the following error when i tried to start them: the process terminated unexpectedly

I have tried the following:

I have looked in the logfile directory but there isn't a logfile with a string "BAS-IS" there.

I have also tried to add reserved ports to the register key named :HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servi ces\Tcpip\Parameters. Also no effect.

Also tried to set the JAVA_HOME path variable but the service still doesn't start.

I also tried to regenerate the the web.keystore through the batfile called webgenkey.bat located in the folder C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\BAS\bin
Also.. No effect :(

I am running out of ideas.. Maybe anyone here can help me?
