I know this is not meant to work but I know others have managed to get it working.

When I run it I get "Validation Failed" error.
I entered the admin credentials in config>BlackBerry Administration Service.

Any suggestions?

I don't believe I have seen this error before (and quite honestly, I haven't tried this procedure since I wrote the article last year), but can you elaborate on the problem? You said 'When I run it I get "Validation Failed" error', but at what step do you get this error?

Can you post the BES Transporter Logs? If you are not familiar where they are located, you can find them by checking BlackBerry article ID KB17002.

I'm just curious if the error is caused by the encryption mismatch described in BlackBerry article ID KB19551 (or another known issue).
